How can i connect to isp server where i cant install virtual modem as a server on a PSTN.This connection will open 256 streams of 4 Kbps turning a dial up connection in to a DSL or approx E1 bcz telephone line supports up to  1.1 Mbps of data rate.This is a good method to hack Bandwidth limiter at the Telco.Please tell me how to install it without serverHuhHuhHuhHuh??waiting till death for answer..............................................

No ways, Virtual Modem has to be installed on the both sides only.
