cannot get server to recognize new redirect

how do I get my server to recognize my new redirect. I only get the "terminal server available connections 30f3. please help

Hello,
 
All you need is to redirect USB device on the workstation side. As result the device becomes as "Ready for redirect".
 
Then just logon to the server using RDP. As result the device gets redirected.
